David Punnamanil
FOUNDER + EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
David Punnamannil is the Founder & Executive Director of Lighthouse Voyage. David provides direction and vision for the organization, leads and develops the team in Canada and works with local partners in India to oversee operations.
He is a graduate of Trinity Western University in International Development. David's heart has always been driven to empower and champion women and children in exploitation. He believes that each of us is a living opportunity to make a difference. It matters. David hopes that we can all come together to make an impact in the lives of many.
Over the years, David has worked in vulnerable sector providing counselling, mentorship, leading aftercare programs, both a western and global context. This has really shaped his leadership; to lead with a servant heart, with humility and with compassion

Bruna Price
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Bruna is the finance director for the Lighthouse team, and uses her organizational skills and love of numbers in this role. She is currently raising three little ones in Calgary with her husband. Her heart is driven to bring hope and life to those who have been exploited and mistreated, and is excited to see how Jesus will use this team and organization to make an impact in this world.

CALEB ZURCHER
MAJOR PROJECTS DIRECTOR
Caleb has been a part of Lighthouse Voyage since its inception in 2015. Recognizing the heart of the organization and David, it’s founder, Caleb eagerly joined to contribute in any way possible. After a few years of wearing different hats, Caleb landed as the Projects Manager when the need arose. As the Projects Manager, Caleb's key role is to ensure the capital building projects in India are completed on budget and in a way that fulfills the needs of Lighthouse's partner organizations. Outside of Lighthouse Voyage, Caleb has worked in the building restoration consulting world since 2016. He has been able to transfer his project management experience and his understanding of construction learned in the workforce and transfer them to his role with Lighthouse Voyage.

Victoria Seib
EVENTS AND PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR
Victoria joined the Lighthouse team in 2024 to help plan LHV’s events and grow partnerships across North America.
Victoria began her career as an engineer but switched to full-time ministry in 2022 before joining the Lighthouse team. She loves to travel and she has always had a passion for international missions and desires to support the most vulnerable around the world. She also has many years of experience planning events intending to foster community.
She dreams to see the end of exploitation in India and beyond.

Jonnathan Brownlee
CREATIVE COORDINATOR
Jonnathan has many years of experience in the creative space. As a videographer, photographer, graphic designer and more, his work can be seen making a difference all over Canada.
Jonnathan has a passion for storytelling and his hope is to share the stories of healing and restoration of exploited individuals and help inspire others to be involved in creating change.
Jonnathan is also an avid golfer and a husband and father to three.

John Hersey
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
John acts as Chairman of the Advisory Board. He was born in the UK and emigrated to Canada in 1981 and became a Canadian citizen in 1990. He worked as an engineer in the chemical and oil industry in the UK, Ontario and finally Alberta. Married in 1976 and have 6 children and 15 grandchildren that all live out west.
He was truly impressed with the quality and passionate drive of the Lighthouse Voyage team and their desire to make a difference in the lives of the exploited. He feels privileged to be part of the team.

Roger Lafont
BOARD MEMBER
Roger is a member of the Board of Directors for Lighthouse Voyage. He is a partner in an energy facility engineering company. He is a world traveler and adventurer, having lived in the Middle East for several years. He enjoys scuba diving, kite surfing and is a private pilot. Roger is also active in several ministries including being a Chaplain for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association’s Rapid Response Team, Missions Team Leader for Operation Christmas Child, and Bass Player/ Music Director for the Experience Church worship team. Roger has witnessed firsthand, the freedom and healing that is available through God’s grace and is excited for the future impact that is possible through Lighthouse Voyage.

MARK SCHOFIELD
BOARD MEMBER
Mark joined the Lighthouse team in 2017 and transitioned from COO to the board in 2023. Mark continues to provide strategic thinking and oversight to the leadership team with the focus on how to make the organization more efficient and scalable while staying true to the founding principles and vision of Lighthouse Voyage. Mark's experience ranges from a lead role in business optimization at a private landing company, managing a multi-million dollar services branch for an oil gas service company, and entrepreneurial ventures in commercial real estate asset management / development and property management. A native of India, Mark’s passion is to give others the same life-changing experience of love and opportunity that he has received in life.

Abigail White
BOARD MEMBER
Abigail is a board member for the Lighthouse team and uses her 25 years of business experience to help assist and guide all Lighthouse decisions. She is currently a professional equestrian trainer, coach and rider and enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Loki. Her heart is to take care of the widows and orphans as Jesus commanded and to continually pray He will heal the broken hearted, bind up their wounds and turn ashes into beauty as He promised.

Jason Kenney
BOARD MEMBER
Jason Kenney recently completed a distinguished twenty-five year career in public service. In his twenties he built the Canadian Taxpayers Federation into one of Canada's most influential advocacy groups, serving as its first President and CEO. He was elected to Parliament in 1997, and was re-elected six times with an average of 76% of the vote. He served in key opposition roles, including shadow finance minister.
As a senior member of the Harper government, he led some of the largest federal departments as Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism; Minister of Employment and Social Development; and Minister of National Defence, while chairing the influential Cabinet Operations Committee.
In 2016 Jason launched a successful campaign to unite Alberta’s free enterprise parties, going on to win a landslide majority to become Alberta’s eighteenth Premier. His government focused on the successful renewal of Alberta’s economy, while working with Indigenous people to create economic opportunity.
As a former Premier of Alberta he put a plan together that focused on human trafficking happening in the province, including creating the Alberta Human Trafficking Task Force. Aimed at preventing trafficking, protecting victims and prosecuting traffickers. Anti Human trafficking as has always been part of his work and is driven to help victims of exploitation.
He now serves as a Senior Advisor at Bennett Jones LLP, and CEO advisory firm Teneo, is a Senior Fellow of the C.D. Howe Institute, and is a member of several corporate boards.
