GRAPHIC DESIGNER

  • Develops graphics for our website, social media and product illustrations

  • Uses online programming to create media for various formats

  • Collaborates on projects with communication team

  • Brings forward new ideas for advertisements and infographics

  • Lives in Vancouver or Calgary


EVENTS DESIGNER

  • Provides creative solutions and ideas for event focuses and environments

  • Communicates with the Event Coordinator and potential event ideas and cast vision for the Events team

  • Assists in choosing the appropriate venue and assisting in coming up with floor plan designs for each event

  • Lives in Vancouver


PHOTOGRAPHER

  • Shoots and edits Lighthouse Voyage projects with community organizations, fundraising events and awareness events

  • Edits photos and uploads them onto usable online formats

  • Uses software programs, such as Adobe and Photoshop

  • Directs people to capture specific actions and events

  • Interacts with Lighthouse communication team and outside organizations to convey stories in a meaningful way

  • Lives in Calgary

VIDEOGRAPHER

  • Films and edits Lighthouse Voyage projects with community organizations, fundraising events and awareness events

  • Creates videos and uploads them onto usable online formats

  • Uses video editing software programs, such as Adobe, Cinema 4D, and Photoshop

  • Directs people to capture specific actions and events

  • Captures video footage to tell concise, visually pleasing stories

  • Lives in Calgary


COMMUNITY LIAISON

  • Creates relationships with community organizations involved with anti-human trafficking

  • Communicates foundational objectives of Lighthouse Voyage to outside organizations

  • Maintains working knowledge of Lighthouse Voyage and its values in order to bridge the gap between outside organizations and individuals in the community who desire to help women and children locally and abroad

  • Collects, analyzes and interprets data through interviews and small group meetings to find ways which volunteers and community organizations can connect in meaningful ways

  • Acts as a positive representative of Lighthouse Voyage to the community

  • Collaborates with Lighthouse Voyage communication team

  • Lives in Vancouver or Calgary


EVENTS
ARTISTIC TALENT COORDINATOR

  • Actively promotes and builds the bridge between Lighthouse Voyage and local artists

  • Casts vision and provides solutions on ways to utilize and partner with local artists

  • Actively involved in the event planning process to ensure benefit to our partner artists as well as keep organization goals as a driving factor

  • Lives in Vancouver


INVENTORY ASSISTANT

  • Maintains and update inventory records

  • Develops and implement efficient inventory management procedures

  • Reconciles inventory discrepancies

  • Prepares a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products

  • Reports any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary

  • Connects with graphic designer regarding which products to order

  • Communicates with vendors in ordering and stocking products

  • Maintains inventory stock page on Lighthouse Voyage website

  • Lives in Calgary
